HEX (or Hexagon) is a management game on decision making and resource allocation developed by  Prof. Richard Duke (University of Michigan and Multilogue™ Int., Inc.). Sofos Consultancy has been  licensed to run the game.

The original purpose of the TacTec game is to generate creative input from a client organisation,  leading to the development of a structured implementation plan for a EC strategy. The game, however,  is structured as a frame game. It can be loaded with quite different cases as long as they are  complex and involve both human and technical aspects. The TacTec game may be used during the  development of an implementation plan for a EC strategy, both for consulting the client organisation  and for preparing the final plan document.
